Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields including quantum AI and carbon-neutral computing
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement future-proof digital transformations
- Present visionary concepts at global tech summits and industry whitepapers
- Mentor a team of 15+ researchers and engineers in next-gen technologies
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through compelling innovation proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years experience in technology R&D with 3+ in strategic planning
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent impact
- Proven track record scaling technology innovations to commercial deployment
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or decentralized AI
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
