Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI, biotech, and space technologies
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and DARPA innovation programs
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Mentor emerging engineers through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Biotechnology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism/forecasting
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, neural networks, or space tech
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for classified R&D projects
