Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-driven solutions for emerging markets
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies (quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Drive R&D initiatives in sustainable computing and carbon-neutral data centers
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging tech methodologies
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Stanford AI on joint innovation projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech with 5+ years in strategic foresight roles
- PhD in Computer Science or related field (equivalent experience accepted)
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum algorithms
- Proven track record scaling AI systems to 10M+ users
- Deep expertise in Web3, neuromorphic computing, and climate tech
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Experience securing $50M+ in tech innovation grants
