Your work will directly influence product roadmaps, investment strategies, and policy recommendations for the 2026 horizon.
Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technological adoption curves and market disruption scenarios targeting 2026
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align organizational capabilities with future tech trends
- Produce annual '2026 Tech Horizon' reports for investors and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and national labs for collaborative R&D
- Mentor junior futurists and build a dedicated future-tech intelligence team
- Advise on ethical frameworks and regulatory compliance for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (demonstrated via published reports)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Strong data modeling skills with proficiency in Python/R and scenario planning tools
- Experience engaging with governmental tech policy initiatives
