Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI, and blockchain solutions
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing patent-pending sustainable tech frameworks
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development cycles
- Present technological vision to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of radical innovation

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in sustainable tech development and circular economy principles
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or patents in future-forward technologies
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ engineers
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
