Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership within tech/biotech sectors
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused technologies (3+ breakthrough products)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Advanced Engineering
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neurotech, or climate adaptation technologies
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals or top-tier tech publications
- Experience securing federal grants for emerging tech initiatives ($10M+)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
