Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for 2026, focusing on autonomous agents and generative AI.
- Architect high-performance, scalable AI systems that integrate seamlessly with existing cloud infrastructure.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists in the research and deployment of novel machine learning models.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, data privacy, and model interpretability.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into innovative business solutions.
- Monitor emerging industry trends to ensure QuantumLeap Corp remains a market leader in AI innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), transformer architectures, and reinforcement learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
