- Legacy Modernization: Oversee the transition of outdated systems to scalable, cloud-native architectures.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical roadmaps into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and engineering teams.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging technologies and industry shifts to ensure our 2026 vision remains competitive.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select technology partners that align with our 2026 strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, system engineering, or IT strategy.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), microservices, and legacy modernization methodologies.
- Leadership: Strong ability to mentor teams and manage cross-functional projects.
