Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum processors for 2026 deployment

- Secure $5M+ annual research funding through NSF and DARPA proposals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum journals (minimum 15 peer-reviewed papers)
- Expertise in quantum error correction, superconducting qubits, and quantum annealing
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants (>$10M total)
