Responsibilities

- Establish industry benchmarks for quantum AI performance metrics and error mitigation protocols
- Secure and manage $10M+ research grants from NSF, DARPA, and private sector partners
- Present breakthrough findings at premier international conferences (NeurIPS, QIP)
- Mentor next-generation quantum AI specialists through our fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Theoretical Physics with 5+ years industry research experience
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (e.g., PennyLane, Qiskit Machine Learning)
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum/AI journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper) and high-performance computing environments
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience securing federal research grants and managing multi-million dollar budgets
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into commercial applications
