Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Analyze emerging tech disruptors (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech) for market impact
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor a team of 5 futurists and innovation engineers
- Secure $2M+ in annual innovation grants through strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or venture capital
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record scaling emerging tech from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Deep knowledge of Web3, AGI ethics, and climate tech convergence
- Executive presence with experience presenting to boards and investors
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 major innovation initiatives launched in the past 3 years
