Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential

- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with corporate strategy
- Build and lead a specialized innovation lab focusing on next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough technologies in sustainable energy systems
- Present innovation frameworks to investors and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2020s innovation track record
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with futures methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
