Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging technology trends and their societal impacts through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-facing solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing organizational models
- Manage horizon scanning initiatives using advanced data analytics and scenario planning
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor boards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for tech-forward organizations
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or biotech convergence
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- PhD or Master's in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
