Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic foresight
- PhD in Computational Futures or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Published work in Nature Futures or similar peer-reviewed journals

- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting frameworks
- Experience securing federal innovation grants
- Proficiency in simulation modeling for complex systems
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R, Julia)
