In this pivotal role, you will define the strategic trajectory for our organization leading up to and beyond the year 2026. You will act as the bridge between current operational excellence and future technological disruption, ensuring we are not just keeping pace with the market but setting the agenda.

You will be responsible for conducting deep-dive analysis on emerging trends, assessing their impact on our business model, and formulating the strategic roadmap that will define our success in the coming years.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap, aligning long-term goals with actionable quarterly milestones.
- Trend Forecasting: Monitor global economic and technological trends to identify opportunities for innovation and potential threats to the business.
- Prioritization & Planning: Lead the prioritization of initiatives that will drive the most significant value over the next 3-5 years.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with C-suite executives and department heads to translate high-level visions into clear, actionable strategies.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct rigorous analysis of competitor strategies to ensure our 2026 vision remains differentiated and market-leading.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or management consulting, with a focus on technology.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related technical field; MBA preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and extract actionable insights for future planning.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives to completion.
