Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic engineering
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.) or equivalent impact
- Fluency in at least two emerging programming paradigms (e.g., quantum ML, genetic algorithms)
- Experience leading $10M+ R&D projects with measurable outcomes
