Responsibilities

- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to track strategy implementation and future readiness
- Pioneer industry thought leadership through white papers and conference keynotes
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence trends
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future concepts
