Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to forecast market disruptions through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for adoption of quantum computing, AGI, and climate tech innovations
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive leadership to prepare for future uncertainties
- Design and implement innovation roadmaps aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize R&D investments in frontier technologies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Establish KPIs to track strategic progress and future-readiness metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized AI
- Proven ability to translate complex future insights into executable business plans
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic positioning
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
