As a key member of our Global Innovation Lab, you'll translate complex technological and societal shifts into scalable business opportunities. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and external futurists to develop predictive models that inform our product development, market expansion, and investment strategies for 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using AI-driven trend analysis
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings on disruptive innovations (quantum computing, biotech convergence, AGI)
- Architect scenario-planning models for 3-5 year market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-readiness initiatives
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and innovation hubs
- Present findings to executive leadership and investor committees
- Author thought leadership content published in industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Deep expertise in emerging tech (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) adoption curves
- Proven experience translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario modeling skills
- Published thought leadership in tech or business futurism
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis platforms (e.g., Gartner, CB Insights)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
