Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks across all business units
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-level executives and stakeholders
- Author annual Horizon 2026 trend report with actionable recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability tech
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACIF or APF) preferred
