Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ strategic vision aligned with long-term market evolution
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their disruptive potential across industries
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives to prepare for socio-technological shifts and market disruptions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-proof strategies into organizational DNA
- Present compelling foresight frameworks to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in prototyping next-generation solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or disruptive technology leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends and translating them into executable strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy

- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioner Program)
