Responsibilities
- Lead scenario planning and horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market shifts impacting 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 5-year strategic objectives

- Analyze quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence for competitive advantage
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present future impact assessments to the board and C-suite leadership

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and emerging technology adoption cycles
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
