Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate disruptive technologies
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and market disruptions to inform strategic bets
- Partner with VCs and startups to scout and acquire emerging technologies
- Design resilience frameworks for technological black swan events
- Present future scenarios to executive board and investor communities
- Drive internal culture of anticipatory innovation through workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience building and scaling innovation ecosystems
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
