Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for emerging domains (quantum computing, biotech convergence, AI ethics)
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and policy teams to align on future-proof initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and government bodies to co-create future-ready solutions
- Present visionary frameworks to executive leadership and investors to secure resources for experimental ventures
- Mentor innovation teams in speculative design and scenario planning methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications on technological convergence and human-centric futures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting with proven impact on tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI, Web3) and their societal implications
- Exceptional systems thinking and ability to connect disparate disciplines into coherent future narratives
- Experience building innovation ecosystems through partnerships and open-innovation models
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio of published foresight work or executed innovation initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Superior communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
