Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to identify disruptive innovation pathways
- Represent Horizon Insights at global futurism conferences
- Maintain proprietary trend database and predictive models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Strong proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complexity to stakeholders
