You'll analyze quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems, and sustainable tech adoption while aligning strategic initiatives with market demands and regulatory landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for enterprise-wide integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions including quantum algorithms and AI governance frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing next-gen technologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CTO School)
- Experience working with regulatory bodies on tech policy development
