- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with commercial viability by 2026
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers in future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with demonstrated 2026-vision projects
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, and distributed systems
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future technologies
- Experience scaling systems to petabyte-scale data processing
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Certification in quantum algorithm design from IBM/Microsoft
- Portfolio of deployed AI systems with 99.99% uptime
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
