Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption in AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen tech solutions with real-world applications
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging tech opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align R&D initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to investors, partners, and industry thought leaders at global tech forums
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for emerging tech acquisition
- Mentor junior strategists in future tech methodologies and ethical implementation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech development
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive technologies to market
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech implementation
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and securing multi-million dollar budgets
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes for emerging innovations
