Responsibilities
- Architect a 5-year technology roadmap targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI/quantum/IoT integration frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and technology adoption maturity
- Mentor talent in emerging technologies and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and future trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with $10M+ impact
- Strong stakeholder management at C-suite level across global organizations
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or equivalent)
- Published thought leadership on technology evolution or future studies
- Fluency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
