- Establish KPIs and governance frameworks for long-term tech adoption

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, Web3.0
- Proven track record of implementing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Certifications: CTO-level strategic planning (e.g., CIO Institute), AI/ML specialization
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, future tech laws)
- Strong financial modeling for tech ROI and innovation portfolio management
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism preferred
