Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of AI/ML systems for predictive analytics and autonomous decision-making
- Architect scalable infrastructure supporting 2026-era computing requirements (quantum-edge integration)
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies and emerging tech frameworks
- Drive innovation partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Define KPIs for AI performance optimization and ethical compliance
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI/ML development with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and neural networks
- Proven track record deploying production AI systems handling >10M transactions/day
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/AI with published research
- Strong background in cloud-native deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
