Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams with evolving regulatory landscapes
- Conduct scenario planning for quantum computing's impact on encryption and privacy
- Develop bias mitigation protocols for generative AI models deployed in high-stakes domains
- Author thought leadership on AI-human symbiosis for industry publications
- Partner with policy teams to shape legislation around neuro-ethical AI standards
- Monitor global AI ethics benchmarks and benchmark Nexus Innovations against them
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy of Technology, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech roles
- Deep expertise in NIST AI Risk Management Framework and EU AI Act
- Published work on neuro-technology ethics or algorithmic bias
- Experience with quantum computing threat modeling
- Fluency in technical AI concepts (transformers, GANs, RLHF)
- Track record of influencing tech policy through thought leadership
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical, legal, and executive teams
