- Partner with legal teams to ensure regulatory alignment for 2026 AI deployment standards
- Create ethics training programs for engineering teams and executive leadership
- Represent company at global ethics summits and policy discussions
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging AI ethical dilemmas
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or technology ethics leadership role
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI ethics frameworks
- Proven experience implementing bias mitigation in production ML systems
- Published research in AI ethics or technology philosophy
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., IBM, Google, or Microsoft programs)
- Experience working with regulatory bodies (FDA, FTC, or equivalent)
