Responsibilities
- Facilitate weekend recreational activities and games for teens aged 13-18
- Monitor safety protocols during high-energy events and activities
- Assist with setup/cleanup of event spaces and equipment
- Provide friendly customer service to participants and families
- Support event staff with registration and check-in processes
- Maintain clean, organized activity areas throughout shift
- Report maintenance issues or participant concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old (valid work permit required if under 18)
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-4pm shifts)
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Comfortable leading groups in active settings
- Basic knowledge of youth safety guidelines
- Reliable transportation to Recreation Way location
- Previous experience with teens preferred but not required
