Responsibilities
- Facilitate weekend recreational activities including sports tournaments, art workshops, and gaming tournaments
- Ensure safe and engaging facility operations during weekend hours (10 AM - 6 PM)
- Assist with event setup, equipment management, and activity supervision
- Provide excellent customer service to teen participants and visiting families
- Coordinate with team members to maintain organized activity schedules
- Support facility cleanliness and safety protocol adherence
- Participate in monthly training sessions for youth engagement best practices
Qualifications
- Must be 16-18 years old and enrolled in high school
- Available Saturdays and Sundays with reliable transportation
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (training provided)
- Experience working with peers or younger children preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
