Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate amusement rides and attraction equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized facilities throughout shifts
- Assist with event setup and guest flow management
- Process payments and operate point-of-sale systems
- Report maintenance issues promptly to supervisors
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 16-18 years old with valid work permit
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-5pm)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Team player with positive attitude
- Reliable transportation to Fort Worth location
- Previous customer service experience a plus
