Responsibilities
- Assist with facility operations, equipment setup, and activity supervision
- Engage with families and youth members during recreational programs
- Maintain clean, safe environments following safety protocols
- Support event coordination and customer service at front desks
- Complete training on recreational equipment and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 14-18 years old and enrolled in high school
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Basic knowledge of recreational activities preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
