Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise youth activities (sports, arts, games) during weekend sessions
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a positive environment
- Assist with activity setup, cleanup, and equipment management
- Communicate effectively with participants and parents/guardians
- Track attendance and activity participation metrics
- Support special weekend events and themed activities
Qualifications
- Must be 14-18 years old and enrolled in high school
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and occasional holidays
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with children
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and be physically active
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to our Fresno facility
- Previous childcare/recreation experience preferred
