Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at amusement rides and attraction stations
- Operate point-of-sale systems for ticket sales and concessions
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all facility areas
- Assist with event setup and guest flow management during peak hours
- Monitor attraction equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
- Support inventory management for retail and concession supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth weekend operations
Qualifications
- Must be 14-17 years old (valid work permit required if under 18)
- Available Saturdays and Sundays with flexible weekly scheduling
- Strong communication skills and friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to and from worksite
