- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders with 99% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely distribution and delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts without direct supervision.
