Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in our warehouse management system.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed at all times.
- Package and label products accurately to ensure timely shipment.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse layout to maximize storage efficiency and workflow.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a smooth transition of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable to specific role, otherwise willing to train).
