Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks: Safely and efficiently manage inbound and outbound freight using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate stock counts and maintain organized storage areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a secure workplace.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare items for shipment using proper packaging materials and labeling.
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Driver's License: Valid state-issued ID or driver's license required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidates.
