Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily weekend operations to ensure 100% efficiency and safety compliance.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 5-10 employees, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements to reduce downtime and increase throughput.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex logistical issues with professionalism and speed.
- Coordinate inventory management and supply chain logistics for weekend shifts.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest safety standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or customer service leadership.
- Proven ability to work effectively during weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure.
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel for facility inspections.
