The Role
As a Weekend Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly. You will work closely with a supportive team to manage inventory, process orders, and maintain our facility standards.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during the night shift to ensure timely processing.
- Sort, scan, and verify inventory with high accuracy to prevent errors.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to comply with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Perform regular quality checks on products before they are shipped out.
- Assist in the preparation of customer orders and documentation.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends and night shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
