Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors to move products throughout the facility.
- Load and Unload Freight: Efficiently process inbound and outbound shipments with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts, stock organization, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company and customer standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Reliable Attendance: Must be punctual and able to commit to rotating weekend or night shift schedules.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ability to learn quickly.
- High School Diploma: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
- Legal Work Status: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
