Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 Technical Support: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients via phone and email during weekend shifts.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve technical tickets efficiently to maintain a high first-call resolution rate and ensure client satisfaction.
- Documentation: Accurately document all technical interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- System Maintenance: Assist with routine system patches, updates, and backups during off-peak hours.
- Client Communication: Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users in a friendly and professional manner.
- Escalation Management: Identify complex issues that require management attention and escalate them appropriately.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical problems independently and logically.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
