Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting and support for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming help desk tickets with a high focus on customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution.
- Monitor system performance and proactively alert the team to any critical infrastructure issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices, including laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Document all technical issues, steps taken, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the engineering and development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on new software updates and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support, help desk, or customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional but recommended for on-site needs).
