Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support to clients via phone, chat, and email.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently and accurately.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system (Zendesk/ServiceNow).
- Collaborate with the support team to improve weekend coverage and response times.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor under pressure while managing multiple tickets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and internal procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or help desk is required.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity and peripheral devices.
