Responsibilities
- Resolve complex technical tickets and hardware/software issues for enterprise clients.
- Monitor system performance and uptime metrics during off-peak hours.
- Escalate critical issues to the L1 team with detailed documentation.
- Conduct remote diagnostics and troubleshoot network connectivity problems.
- Update ticketing systems accurately and in real-time.
- Assist in the deployment of weekend maintenance updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or IT operations.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
