Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software technical issues for clients via phone and remote support.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of incoming support tickets during weekend shifts.
- Provide clear, patient, and professional guidance to non-technical users regarding system navigation and troubleshooting.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with the core support team to escalate complex issues and improve weekend service protocols.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to strict service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
